applications for prospective councillors now open
Clevedon Town Council has 6 vacancies and is looking to co-opt new Councillors. Town Councillors are unpaid volunteers, representing their local community. They guide how the Community changes and adapts in the coming years. The role require commitment and hard work, with time being taken up with Council duties, not only attending meetings, some in the evenings, but actively getting involved with the work of the Council. It can be challenging, intriguing, frustrating but very rewarding, knowing you are making YOUR community a better place to live, work, play, and visit. The Council is currently running all meetings via Zoom and developing new ways to consult with all residents on issues facing the community that is Clevedon.
