SALARY SCALE LC1 (23-25) £ 21,268 - £22,658 pro-rata – 21 hours per week

Clevedon Town Council has 21 Councillors, 4 members of Staff including Deputy Town Clerk, Precept 2018/19 of £357,481

Clevedon Town Council is seeking to appoint a Deputy Town Clerk who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative functions in support of the work of the Town Council

Working from the Town Council offices in Clevedon, applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have experience of administrative management; financial management, knowledge and ability to understand local government law and procedure; the capacity to cover the role of the Town Clerk /RFO in her absence; competent IT skills. The weekly hours are worked over Monday – Friday (days to be agreed) with some evening and occasional weekend work.
